Welcome to the last lesson of this course! Or well, lesson, it’s more like a conclusion. It’s also not the last thing you’ll read from this course, as I’ll continue to add new lessons and improvements. Swift Concurrency continues to evolve, and I’m addicted to going over these improvements. This course is my destination for documenting the learnings from these explorations.
Obtaining your certificate
Throughout the course you’ve been completing assessments. I added these to validate your knowledge and to ensure you’re ready for future modules to come. It’s also a prevention mechanism to ensure you actually know what you’ve learned and it should result in a better understanding of all the concurrency concepts.
Due to these assessments, I’m also able to give you an official certificate. This is a prove of completion and a document that you can share whenever you’re applying for a job. While it’s a digital certificate, it does come with an official identification number. Companies can use this number to validate the certificate with me personally by email me directly to contact@avanderlee.com. Yes, feel free to do so!
My goal has been to make you a better developer, to allow you to grow in your career. Providing validation on the gained certificate is a beautiful addition that I’m honored to provide.
How to obtain the certificate
After completing this lesson, you will receive the certificate in your email if you opted in for emails. You’ll also be able to download the certificate directly from the course platform.
Using the certificate
I highly recommend adding the certificate to your personal website and social media platforms like LinkedIn.
For example, on LinkedIn you can:
- Go to your profile
- Click on the Add profile section button:

- Click on Add license or certification
In this section, you can fill in all details of your certificate. Each certificate includes a unique serial ID that you can add as well if you will. Make sure to mention SwiftLee as the issueing organization and add the Swift Concurrency skill to your profile. Finally, if you like, you can add the certificate as media.

Closing Words
I truly hope this course has been helpful for you. It’s been an absolute joy to build it and it still is! I want to give a huge shout-out to all of you who have provided feedback so far via the official GitHub repository.
Similarly, please provide your feedback in that repository if you feel that anything has been missing in this course. I’m taking feedback seriously as I can’t oversee it all! Your project’s migration may present challenges that I could not foresee, and I’m motivated to deliver new lessons that will help you navigate them.
Lastly, if you did enjoy this course, it would mean a lot if you could share a few words in a testimonial. Your words help other developers consider taking this course and it helps me to grow my reach.
Thank you so much for trusting me in teaching you Swift Concurrency and stay tuned for more lessons to come.
